St Philip's is both Methodist and Church of England - though we welcome all regardless of their background! The church was opened in 1989 - a modern, cosy building, attached to St Philip's Primary School at the Health Centre end of the building (opposite the back of the Odeon cinema in the Westbrook Centre). The young age of the building reflects our youthful congregation which welcomes people of all ages, and our belief that the message of the good news of Jesus Christ is as relevant today as it ever was.

Every Sunday we have a Holy Communion Service at 9am. This is generally a quiet contemplative service. At our 10:30 worship time we are able to use two worship areas. At this worship time there is always something for every age group, and our service pattern is as follows:
